We install it for many customers, as an alternative to Exchange. For me, a great system and our customers find it works fine. One drawback is and remains (especially customers) that it can not connect anywhere as a plugin for Outlook. Customers with Salesforce, ACT, etc. Exactly why can not easily without Exchange. It works wonderfully. For beheel many freedoms to modify the configuration as you like .. Not everything is customizable via the web interface, so you should be able with the CLI on road.
