1st On 24.07.2012, the Parliament adopted the Law on accounting matters. The law was published in the Official Journal br.95/12 30 July 2012, and takes effect from August adds 3, 2012.
Temporary certified accountant for a period of 2 years from the receipt, get people who submit adds an application to the Minister of Finance to 02/03/2013 (within 6 months of entry into force of the Act) and who meet the following adds conditions:
Temporary certified public accountant in the term of 2 years to get people to 03.0.2013 at the latest year will apply to the Minister for Finance and subject to the following conditions:

6th existing legal entities registered adds to perform accounting work shall comply with the provisions of the Law on accounting matters and to apply for registration adds within six months of the establishment of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants.
Hello, I have 3 years and 11 months accounting tasks performed in a private company, I am now in a different sector. third level I studies of international economic management. Can I get my certificate accountant after the deadline. Can I have some details to explain the procedure?

You can not get a temporary certificate of accountant because they are submitted latest by 03.02.2013 year. For passing the exam smtkovoditel you can submit an application as soon as they start reporting and examination.

Since I'm working as chief accountant, but I evidetntiran experience in the Employment Agency 2 years or not meet my requirement for certified bookkeeper'm curious whether the preparation of the final account for 2012 with The law is strictly for accounting determine that it be certified bookkeeper.
