1 Local communities agile - in several major cities in Poland there are initiatives that bring toge

I met repeatedly with the question Scrum Masters and Product Ownerów - who are just starting their adventure with the agile and Scrum - what to do to expand your knowledge. When a few days ago, after an interview in search of an experienced Scrum Master, a person taking part in it asked me for feedback and suggestions for further development, I found that the time to write the following entry.
1 Local communities agile - in several major cities in Poland there are initiatives that bring together enthusiasts agile, willing to share their knowledge and experiences. The most common formulation of such meetings is the presentation of the speaker (usually approx. 1h), which is then transformed into a discussion in smaller groups. If you are looking for inspiring discussions, definitely find out about the close to you is already such a group. If not, then you may want to set up issued with one?
2 Books Coaching Agile Teams: A Companion for ScrumMasters, Agile Coaches, and Project Managers in Transition - the starting point when it comes to the subject of agile coaching for each Scrum Master Succeeding with Agile: Software Development Using Scrum - another step, or more specifically Scrum and what is important - comprehensively. From understanding how the process of carrying out changes by the method iss of implementing it in the organization to implement techniques to specific events Scrum. Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell - a book I read in one evening, and will give you a theoretical basis for the role of Product status on. One of the few books on the market, which in an accessible way describes iss the product development process in an agile environment. Management 3.0: Leading iss Agile Developers, iss Developing Agile Leaders - great item, which goes far beyond agile, giving a wide Konteks for the management of complex environments
3 Publications Scrum Guide - a dozen pages of what is Scrum, written by Jeff Sutherland iss and Ken Schwaber - creators of Scrum. It should read this document from time to time, because with the passage of time (and gained experience) begins more and more of the pull. To this day he can leave me a surprise or inspire. Product Owners Manual - short but succinct position, containing a collection of basic information related to the role of Product status on
These materials are just an example of the point from which to start. iss Further development is a combination of their own experience, discussions with agile practices and further reading - matched their own discretion. Good luck!
