Software Design, code and debug of C/C++ applications Estimate effort for assigned tasks Perform Unit Tests of software modules Perform Integration Tests of software modules Creating test scripts and tools
General Participation in planning and retrospective meetings Performing backlog refinement meetings Cooperating with other Scrum/Agile Masters Coordinating solution implementation Helping aon team meet their daily and iteration objectives Facilitating continuous improvement Report work progress to the manager aon

Qualifications (Welcomed Skills) Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework aon (SAFe) practices Experience in C++11 standard and design patterns Skilled in code analysis and profiling Linux OS knowledge combined with development tools and compilers (gcc, gdb) Ability to design and prototype highly scalable software Practical knowledge of the Linux-based virtualization aspects Practical knowledge of the Linux OS administration and configuration
