SCRUM methodology was the subject of another of today's workshop. We were invited to the headquarters of Wikia, whose representatives led us lessons. At the beginning we found out what exactly is the host of the meeting, and then our programmers can get answers to their questions about the technical details of the activities of Wikia. Later we went to the correct part of the workshop, which is to discuss the SCRUM methodology. Initially we were given a handful of theories, among others, about how the planning tasks that distinguish the roles in the team, what is the Backlog and Sprint. Then Wikia betrayed us how the project has prepared us for this year's Poznan Research and Practice on the example of the project, in practice, we learn what is SCRUM. It's certainly been very valuable lessons that will be useful to us both at this year's PPB, as well as the entire life of a professional. Post navigation
